COVID-19 Telemed

• Send COVID-19 Pre-screening Questionnaires electronically to evaluate patients’ risk and the probability of infection
• Get clear indicators on your GoodXWeb Diary if patients are high-risk
• Conduct online Telemed consultations and follow-ups with patients
• Generate medical travel certificate templates
• Send scripts and referral letters to patients via the myGC Patient Portal or email
• Send payment links to patients to settle accounts online*
• Free Pre-screening Questionnaire SMSs*

Any user wishing to use the GoodX Software Telemed application software and completes the consent form requesting the installation of the GoodX Telemed Software, does so on the terms and conditions set out in this Telemed Fair Use Terms of Service document.

1. The user may use the Telemed Application Software free of charge during the COVID-19 pandemic, which software includes the following:
   1. The configuration of a basic entity for the practitioner
   2. Pre-screening COVID-19 questionnaire SMS
   3. Telemed consultations
   4. Clinical notes
   5. Diary for Telemed bookings
   6. No billing (If billing is required, please contact GoodX for our standard price list - see paragraph 4.)
2. For the duration of the pandemic and subject to paragraph 5 hereunder, GoodX waives the standard fee of 35c per sent payment link, which payment link includes the following services:
   1. Email & SMS notification to patients with the payment link
   2. Patient verification
   3. Account viewed verification with a timestamp.
3. The user acknowledges that the service is a best-effort service to help with the current COVID-19 pandemic and the user commits to fair usage of the service.
4. Standard rates will apply for billing, SMSes, emails and switching. The user can inquire about these services and fees and if the user wishes to continue use of the software and have full access to all functionality, a GoodX Software Standard Licence Agreement must be completed.
5. GoodX reserves the right to change the terms of service after 7 calendar day's email notice.
6. In no event shall GoodX be liable to the user for loss of profits or for incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Telemed or other services. The user uses the software at his or her own risk.
