What is the aim of the course?

• To provide insight into the provisions of the Act so that implementation can begin.
• To provide understanding of the different roles, relationships and responsibilities imposed by the POPIA.
• To assist the practice to know when processing may take place.
• The POPIA does not envision a once off implementation effort! This course will equip the practice to make sure that processes are designed to facilitate ongoing compliance.
